Welcome to LumiGameLab. By accessing or using lumigamelab.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to every visitor, whether you browse casually, play a single game, or use the Site for your daily learning practice.

2. What LumiGameLab Offers

LumiGameLab is a free, browser-based collection of educational games covering math, language arts, science, physics, geography, trivia, memory, puzzles, and more. You do not need to register an account or install any software to play. Games are loaded inside the page either from our own servers or, more commonly, as embedded iframes from licensed third-party game distribution networks. The Site, its selection, layout, editorial text, category pages, and original content are owned by LumiGameLab.

3. Permitted Use

You may use LumiGameLab for personal, non-commercial entertainment and learning. While using the Site you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site or the servers that host it.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to harvest game data, thumbnails, or any other content beyond what is allowed by standard search-engine indexing and our robots.txt file.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Site's source code or design.
• Use LumiGameLab in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
• Submit manipulated like/dislike votes, spam, or fraudulent interaction data.

4. Intellectual Property

The LumiGameLab name, logo, site design, category descriptions, editorial write-ups, and original written content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may link to LumiGameLab freely, but you may not copy, reproduce, or republish our original text without permission.

Games embedded on LumiGameLab remain the property of their respective developers and publishers. We display them under the terms of the relevant game distribution networks. If you are a rights holder and believe a game is embedded without authorization, please contact us at [email protected] and we will review and remove the game promptly.

5. Third-Party Content and Links

LumiGameLab displays advertising and embeds games from external providers. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it. Your use of any third-party game, link, or advertisement is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

6. No Warranties

LumiGameLab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep the Site fast, secure, and up to date, but we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every game will always load correctly. Game availability may change when third-party providers update or remove titles.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumiGameLab and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total cumulative liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid to use LumiGameLab — which, because the Site is free, is zero.

8. Children

LumiGameLab is designed to be family-friendly and educational. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents and guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to LumiGameLab should contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may add, remove, or change games, categories, and features at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts with appropriate jurisdiction over that location.
